2019-2020 : Unified GEM workplace and Windows 10 migration
Engie Global Markets (ex GDF Suez Trading) via Artemys
Context: Due to Windows 7 end of support, GEM workplace must be upgraded to
Windows 10. There is still 2 workstation suppliers (3000 pc, 2/3 managed by EGM, 1/3
managed by Engie IT). This is also the opportunity to unify the computer workplace by
replacing Engie IT computers by EGM computers. In the meantime, GEM is growing
internationally and process should be created to deploy new Trading Desks in new
countries. Furthermore, the new Trading Software (Orchestrade) requires more powerful
computers to compute, new models must be purchased.
Achievement:
- Define the new Windows 10 environment to comply security constraints
- Define the new hardware catalogue
- Define the unified application catalog and define the business applications profiles.
- Follow the application remediation and order Ivanti sof tware to fix UAC and ACL
issues; this sof tware helped to avoid a huge remediation budget for legacy applications
- Steer and manage the windows 10 project
- Enhance skills, and mindset, and level of quality of the helpdesk team members,
during their onboarding in migration projects with the Workplace Engineers.

- Define the processes to migrate Traders f rom the Engie IT network with Engie IT PC,
to the GEM network with GEM computers.

2018-2019 : Unified GEM workplace and Domain migration

Context: Af ter Exchange Online migration, there is still 2 workstation suppliers (2600
pc, 60% managed by EGM, 40% managed by Engie IT). This is make applications running
on any computer, whatever provider it is. As f rom now, network restrictions prevented
running trading applications f rom Engie IT network, and the network flows were closed
between both networks. The Domain migration is also the opportunity to do a final
assessment and define what will be the unified GEM workplace.
Achievement:
- Migrate Engie IT computers and reduce the number of computers in use
- Follow the application packaging project to create all applications in both environment
(GEM and Engie IT)
- Work with Engie to increase the quality of support services on GEM workplace
- Perform an assessment of Engie IT capacity to comply GEM business service Level
when supporting users and computers
- Prepare the future unified workplace where GEM computer should remain the only PC
- Open the flows f rom the Trading network to Engie IT networks to support all
application consumed by GEM
- Deploy on GEM computers the most important applications that never worked before
(SAP and the VPN). As soon as these applications were deployed the business started
demanding to change their workplace environment.

these 3 active directories in the Engie Forest is the final target to achieve at the end of
2018 (migration of the GEM Business Unit in the Engie Forest). The first milestone for
the GEM migration concerns Engie Global Markets

Low impact on application, but remediation is expected
Various directories and meta directories (ADLS, FIM, OKTA, IAM…) are used to
provide credentials to access shared resources or application. Impacts on
these directories must be taken into account.
GEM is an International BU managed by local IT but only Belgium, France and
Singapore are in the scope of this first migration. Other countries must be
informed but will manage themselves the migration.

J’ai travaillé au sein de l’équipe projets de production informatique d’EIFFAGE et auparavant au CG92. Dans ces missions j’ai eu en charge la gestion de portefeuilles de projets. En relation avec les services études, ou directement avec la production dans le cas de projets d’infrastructure, j’ai été amené à intervenir dans les différentes phases des projets (cadrage, cahier des charges, étude, rédaction des marchés, dépouillement, développement, déploiement). En tant qu’expert, je peux aussi intervenir pour qualifier les architectures. Responsable du pilotage des différentes équipes techniques et des fournisseurs et garant de la bonne mise en œuvre des nouveaux environnements au sein du SI, j’ai aussi eu la charge de pilotage des opérations de déploiement sur les postes de travail. Mes principaux projets ont été les suivant :

Client : Eiffage – Depuis Avril 2010
• Etude des solutions de mobilité pour répondre aux besoins métiers : 50 j/h
Recueil des besoins auprès du service méthode de la branche Eiffage Construction, pour mettre en œuvre une offre de service de mobilité. Cette offre devant répondre aux besoins actuels (suivi des chantiers) mais aussi à venir. Concernant les aspects techniques, l’étude a permis d’évaluer la capacité de la DSI à héberger les infrastructures centrales au lieu d’un mode SAS. L’offre devant permettre de s’interfacer avec les différentes couches applicatives que sont les outils de suivi et planification (Primavera), le système d’information géographique (ESRI). Coté tablette utilisateurs, il a fallu envisager une solution multi OS (Windows Mobile,7 ou 8 ; Androïd ; Apple IOS…)

• Mise en œuvre de l’offre de service Wifi sécurisé sur les chantiers et au sein des salles de réunion : 250j/h
Les principales phases du projet ont été :
- Rédaction et pilotage de l’appel d’offre pour le choix des soumissionnaires
- Mise en place de l’infrastructure centrale redondé sur des contrôleurs Aruba 3600
- Mise en place de l’infrastructure de sécurité (Serveurs Radius IAS et serveurs de PKI)
- Pilotage du déploiement sur les sites pilotes
- Elaboration de l’offre de service (délai/coût/ROI/niveau de service)
- Formation des équipes terrain

• Migration Windows 7/Office 2010 : 1400 j/h
Le déploiement de Windows 7 s’est fait d’une part par le renouvellement de postes et d’autre part en migrant les postes éligibles. Le déploiement concerne 20000 PC sur 2 ans et 1000 sites. Les fonctionnalités avancées de Windows 7 (Med-V et App-V) ont été utilisées pour limiter les régressions liées à la mise à jour du système. Le déploiement en mode projet a pris fin avec la migration des 1000 premiers postes de travail. Les principales phases du projet ont été :
- Accompagnement au changement et stratégie de déploiement
- Etude et qualification des 250 applications référencées
- Suivi du packaging InstallShield et App-V des applications et refonte du master MDT
- Pilotage des équipes de déploiement
- Mise en place des modes opératoires et des processus de gestion des anomalies de déploiement

• Mise à jour de l’infrastructure antivirus Kaspersky sur les postes clients et les serveurs: 300 j/h
Mise à jour de l’infrastructure antivirus (55 serveurs) et de l’ensemble des clients de type PC ou serveurs (20000 postes de travail et 1000 serveurs).

• Mise en place de l’infrastructure SCCM 2008 R2 : 250j/h
Mise en œuvre d’une solution pour le groupe (20000 postes de travail et 1000 serveurs) de la solution Microsoft de gestion des inventaires et du déploiement des applications. L’infrastructure est constituée d’une cinquantaine de serveurs secondaires distribués pour couvrir l’ensemble du territoire Eiffage. Les mises à jour de sécurité et les packages sont distribués en utilisant ces 50 points de distribution. Les offres de service de packaging et de déploiement ont créées à cette occasion.

• Mise en œuvre du protocole de tests de PRA de la messagerie Exchange 2008 et mise en application : 200j/h

• Mise en œuvre du service d’OCR vers MOSS : 150j/h technique
Le projet a permis de répondre aux besoins d’indexation des fichiers pdf après leur conversion OCR et de transfert dans la GED Microsoft SharePoint 2007. Les documents étant d’origine matérielle (scannés à partir des imprimantes multi fonctions) ou électronique (pdf images).

• Mise en œuvre technique de l’application PPM de la DSI : 80 j/h technique
Le progiciel CA Clarity permet de gérer le budget de la DSI, de suivre l’activité des collaborateurs, le planning et les coûts des projets de la DSI, et le taux d’occupation des ressources.

Client : Conseil Général des Hauts de Seine – Octobre 2006 à Mars 2010
• Réfection de salle Informatique du Conseil Général : Remise aux normes de la salle pour répondre aux contraintes techniques d’hébergement ainsi qu’aux normes de sécurités d’une salle « grise ». Ce projet a pris en compte les impacts sur le personnel et la nouvelle réorganisation de l’activité pour gérer la nouvelle salle.

• Etude pour la mise en place de l’archivage de messagerie.

• Consolidation des infrastructures serveurs : Rationalisation, Consolidation et Sécurisation des environnements serveurs. Pour répondre à ces exigences, il a été mis en place au niveau serveurs une architecture virtualisée avec Vmware ESX 3.5 et consolidée en utilisant des serveurs Lames HP.

• Mise en œuvre de l’architecture SAN/NAS Hitachi (USPVM et HENAS) du CG92 après avoir mené une étude auprès des grands acteurs du marché (EMC, Hitachi, NetApp).

• Migration des serveurs de fichiers sur le NAS Hitachi.
Pilotage de l’étude et choix du scénario de migration. Evolution de la sauvegarde pour prendre en compte les impacts sur la volumétrie et la fenêtre de sauvegarde (protocole NDMP).

• Mise en place de la nouvelle infrastructure Vmware et Oracle
Constitué de serveurs Blade HP connecté au SAN Hitachi, une ferme de 5 serveurs en cluster Vmware est désormais en place. Déploiement de 3 lames Oracle 10g connectées au SAN

• Mise en place de l’infrastructure de GED.
Constitué du SAN Hitachi, l’architecture virtuelle a été déployée avec la solution de GED Ever-Team Folder sous Windows 2003, Apache 2, Tomcat 5, Oracle 10g (non virtualisé).

• Mise en place de l’infrastructure du SI MDPH (Perceaval).
Constitué d’un environnement virtuel sous Windows 2003, Progress 9, Apache 2, avec 3 serveurs Tomcat 5 et Oracle 10g (non virtualisé). Coté clients, mise en place des périphériques Scanner pour la dématérialisation des documents. Ces documents sont intégrés dans la GED Folder.

• Migration Technique du portail Internet du CG92: Mise en œuvre des infrastructures constituant l’environnement du CG92. Constitué de 11 serveurs s’appuyant sur le CMS Vignette (VCM 7.5 pour l’environnement de contribution et Vignette VAP 7.4 pour la consultation du portail).

• Antispam Symantec SMS 8260 : Mise en œuvre de la solution d’antispam entièrement redondée permettant de bloquer les courriels polluants (qui représentent plus de 80% des mails reçus au Conseil Général).

• Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 : mise en place de l’architecture Citrix avec accès via laWeb Interface (3 serveurs) en SSO.

• Portail Intranet du CG92: Mise en œuvre des environnements constituant l’intranet du CG92. S’appuyant sur l’annuaire Echart Directory de l’entreprise, cet environnement est construit sur les solutions Vignette VCM 7.3 pour l’environnement de contribution et Vignette VAP 7.2 pour la consultation du portail.

Mission 2: EUROSPORT – Ingénieur et responsable d’exploitation (10/2000 à 05/2003)
• Management de l'équipe d'ingénieurs d’exploitation des infrastructures Web et x86
L’équipe était constituée de 8 personnes travaillant en 2x8 7/7 jours. Ses principales missions ont été :
- Diagnostic et résolution des incidents d'exploitation
- Administration et Gestion des clusters SQL et EXCHANGE 2000
- Installation et paramétrage de plateformes complètes et mise en oeuvre des évolutions (migrations système, SQL2000 et applicatifs),
- Tunning et optimisation des Serveurs WEB IIS et SQL
- Création et suivi de la base inventaire matériel et applicatif et de la base d’incident

Mission 1 : 9 TELECOM – Ingénieur Système et Réseau (01/1999 à 09/2000)

• Juin à septembre 2000 : Coordinateur technique sur les projets Internet, Portail 9 et Plateforme de commerce électronique

• De 1999 à 2000 : responsable de l'équipe d'administration et d'exploitation des serveurs bureautiques. Les principales missions ont été :
L’administration des serveurs sous Windows de 9 Télécom et support niveau 2 utilisateurs (50 serveurs, 800 utilisateurs)
La mise à jour des serveurs pour l'an 2000
La migration SMS 1.2 vers SMS 2.0
Le déploiement et la prise en charge d'un nouveau site géographique de 200 personnes et 10 serveurs sur Malakoff
