- Worldwide implementation of SAP R/3 - Responsible of interfaces between SAP and local systems using EAI.

Project to regionalise the Customer Service support in the primary location of Prague, Czech Rep. (Centre of Excellence) with two satellite centres in Beerse Belgium and Lisbon Portugal. A parallel and complementary activity to this was the migration of Customer Service and Order Management processes onto a single European-wide computer system (JDE E1). 18 months project successfully completed by July 2007 with 6 countries “go-live”.
• Development coordinator.
- Coordinating development requests / bug fixing and workload of external consultants.
• Project management, analysis and development.
- Implementation of a Common Invoice program / layout across Europe.
- Intrastat reporting across Europe (analysis, customization and support).
- Archiving system: implementation of interfaces to interact between JDE E1 and the existing archiving system.

- Customs: Interfaces between JDE E1 and customs declaration software (CONEX).
- Contributing to the optimization of IM support to the EMEA/ ASPAC business through the implementation of an organizational change programme.

- Implementation of several Interfaces for Sales, Purchasing, Quality and Finance processes.
- Troubleshooting, debugging and isolating business system critical issues (e.g. System Foundation issues, EnterpriseOne Application issue, EnterpriseOne SAR).
- Technical Analysis of Business Processes and Application Configurations including changes.
- Contributing in the delivery of the initial Veridex LLC (Limited Liability Company) launch in EMEA on the existing regional Order To Cash (OTC) platforms.

Introduction of a CE marking system for reagents in the warehouse.
- Implementation of a European Delivery Note between JDE E1 and Warehouse systems.
- Item Centralization project: all products in Europe have been centralized to OCD ESC site.
- Implementation of JDE E1 in 3 entities of OCD (Paris, Strasbourg and Lisbon).
