As a Global Transition & transformation Manager I am responsible to implement new services contracts for big HP Inc. customers (Nissan, Barclays, Philips, etc…). Managing worldwide transition Managers, I am directly accountable in front of our customers of all the projects successes.
My second activity is to participate in Device as a Service growth.
To be able to deliver all the projects with the expected profitability I am participating on a worldwide level to develop standard PMO methodology based on PMP standards and ITIL best practices.

During 6 years I assumed the Account Delivery Executive role for several customers in an international context (Managing up to 1000 Servers, 500 DB, Applications support, Helpdesk, etc…).
The HP delivery teams I managed (around 100 people) were located in an international context (Malaysia, Morocco, France, Bulgaria, China, Singapore, etc......).
I was fully responsible for all Account P&L cost (TCV=74 M$) and had to manage complex relationships with customer’s CIO.

FIDAL is a spinoff of KPMG, and either if the scope was a small one (25 servers (VMWare, Windows), Exchange, 1 EVA, 1 MSL, Network) this transition & transformation challenge was to design, implement, and deliver the solution for the whole Information System of the company in only 2,5 months during Christmas period.
After this implementation period I have assumed the ADM role waiting for the final ADM/CM nomination.

I have started my professional activity in 1997 (21 Years experienced).
My first experience (6 years) was on networks (Wan/Lan) in a big Company (PSA Peugeot Citroen) where I assumed different responsibilities (network administration, architect, manager).
Then I worked 4 years as IT Operation Manager for a medium company (Soitec - 1000 people) where I experienced Management, ITIL (France ITSMF prize winner), and internal customer relationship.
