Scope: - As a result of its rapid growth both organically and through acquisitions IBA Finance Functions are
fragmented and highly diverse operating no less than 14 different accounting systems across the globe.
- Through a series of workshops with IBA we have created a vision to harmonize and integrate Finance
organization, processes, data and systems in order to absorb growth while reducing costs. Target legal
structure of 20-25 entities will be ultimately supported through 4 SSCs, operating standardized processes
and a common CoA. The target system landscape is SAP centric with a single client SAP Template in order
to facilitate/enforce standard finance operations, reduce the cost of SAP roll-outs and enable the creation
of Shared Services.
