  Working in Planisware Germany projects as Project Leader, I had been working for the
  following project, Doing the following tasks for each project :
  
  Siemens Gamesa ONCT (Denmark and Spain):
   Doing workshop with the customer to define the different requirements
   Estimate the full project requirements
   Prepare the projects sprint with timeline.
   Prepare the SOW.
   Implementation of the new project from scratch
   L1 Configuration
   Project, Portfolio and Program management
   Resource Management
   Data migration using the IMPEX for the data import + Script V2 for data
  integration (project, program, portfolio, resources and costs import).
   Costs Import from SAP.
   L2 script development for the implementation of new functionality (new Pages).
   Management of the different requirements.
   Plan weekly meeting with the customer to discuss the different sprint’s
  requirement ( Agile methodology)
   Support the customer in Planisware utilization after the prod deployment.
   Doing online workshops and Trainings for the customer ( Prepare the training
  material based in the customer need)

   Implementation of new project from scratch.
   Creation/configuration of new PEX reports.
   Configuration of scoring process by creating a new score template.
   Creation of new status reports to be exported by users in PowerPoint and used in

   Preparation of the trainings content and planning for the users.
   Doing the training presentation by Teams of all the Planisware users ( PM, RM,
  Admins)

   Take the customer need, estimate the requirement, define the design in
  Planisware and doing the implementation.
   Implementation of SHORELINE interface using the REST API ODATA
  Create a new service to be called by the third party and take the data from
  Planisware in json format.
   Doing onsite workshops and Trainings for the customer in Danemark ( Prepare
  the training material based in the customer need)

  page “Resource Plan” in the project and resource module to do the resource
  planification in a simplest way ( design defined after discussion with the
  customer)
   Doing the training for the Sales Admins.
