   Doing workshop with the customer to define the different requirements

   Prepare the projects sprint with timeline.
   Prepare the SOW.
   Implementation of the new project from scratch

   Data migration using the IMPEX for the data import + Script V2 for data
  integration (project, program, portfolio, resources and costs import).
   Costs Import from SAP.
   L2 script development for the implementation of new functionality (new Pages).
   Management of the different requirements.
   Plan weekly meeting with the customer to discuss the different sprint’s
  requirement ( Agile methodology)
   Support the customer in Planisware utilization after the prod deployment.
   Doing online workshops and Trainings for the customer ( Prepare the training
  material based in the customer need)
