I was involved in this project as an IT Project Manager from Dalkia part.
My responsibilities included the follow up of the implementation, reporting to Dalkia management, to assure that the implementation is made following the methodology. I was involved in all project phases including the data migration from an Informix Database. I follow up also the budget of the project.

Additionally I developed a desktop solution (“KAPPA”) for the customer requests used by the Customer Department of Dalkia to survey the customer needs. The management of Dalkia uses the reports of this application in order to have quality parameters and to improve the relation supplier-client. This solution was developed in Visual FoxPro 9.0

Also I developed a web-based solution for Document Management System (DMS). This solution was developed on a Windows platform using Apache web-server, PHP, MySQL, HTML/JavaScript/CSS
