Ilias Services is a young and dynamic

ASP delivering a Terminal Services based computing solution to SME’s in Europe and application/billing software to the airline industry. Ilias currently deploys it’s Terminal Services solution to companies in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. For the IATA Cargo Industry, Ilias developed, maintains and operates the billing software that settles the invoicing of all Belgian, Spanish and Portuguese IATA airlines and agents .

I joined Ilias Services as the Project System Engineer of IT Operations. I am responsible for the architectural design, implementation, maintenance and continuous upgrading of the platform. I built a fully redundant data centre aimed to support the ASP customers and the billing/application software used for the airline industry.

System/Storage Engineer, I worked mainly with Windows NT, 9x, 2000, Terminal Server, Citrix mainframe, proxy Server, Exchange server, and storage configuration solving software and troubleshooting hardware problems on site and over the phone. This can involve OS related problems, such as Network problems, storage problems, or blue screen...
I was also placed in Merck Sharp and Dohme (MSD) for 1½ years in role of System Engineer. I was managing 10 server, 80 workstations, and 200 laptops.
ADDX is a Microsoft Certified Partner that specialises in providing hardware and software solutions for SME’s. I was a System/Project Engineer for ADDX and carried out a lot of the projects ADDX handled. An important part of my job was also the take junior engineers with me for on the job experience. From time to time my duties extended to providing pre-sales support and outsourcing.
