As lead Data Product Manager. I’m in charge of developing the strategy of the Data Train (60 people) divided in 6 squads.
Each Squad is designed to cater to the business needs of a specified domain (electronic banking, transfer flow, Fraud, Marketing, Forecasts
and Finance) my main objectives as lead Product Manager are:
• Developing a global roadmap for all the teams
• Working with the different C- Level sponsors to identify new data opportunities
• Creating a Generative AI Product portfolio
•Leading the discovery on new data products
