Senior Digital Workplace Project manager

CONTEXT

We are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end Workplace projects, from the initial scoping and planning phases through readiness, Go-Live, hypercare, and transition to RUN operations.

You will manage several workstreams and ensure that Workplace services are operational and aligned with corporate standards when a new or transformed site goes live.

The role requires a highly autonomous Project Manager who is comfortable working in complex, multisite environments with strict opening deadlines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Lead end-to-end Digital Workplace projects, from initial scoping through deployment and transition to RUN.

- Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.

- Coordinate central IT teams, local teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.

- Manage several Workplace workstreams simultaneously.

- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, blockers, and project issues.

- Coordinate technical and operational readiness activities before site openings.

- Organize and supervise testing, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.

- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and handover to RUN/support teams.

- Monitor project costs, charges, purchase orders, equipment orders, and deliveries.

- Maintain clear project governance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders and management.

- Produce meeting minutes, action plans, decision logs, and project documentation.

- Develop and standardize runbooks, checklists, templates, and deployment processes.

TOP SKILLS – MUST HAVE

- Strong senior-level experience managing Digital Workplace / IT Workplace projects.

- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through Go-Live and operational handover.

- Experience with new site openings, site extensions, acquisitions, integrations, or similar Workplace transformation projects.

- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace domains, particularly:

  - End-user devices / endpoints

  - Mobility

  - Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:

  - Microsoft Teams

  - SharePoint

  - OneDrive

- Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow, particularly incidents, changes, and service management.

- Strong experience with risk, dependency, and change management.

- Experience managing Go-Live readiness and hypercare.

- Understanding of CMDB, asset management, and inventory data.

- Experience coordinating multiple internal, local, and external stakeholders.
