Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia
In 2023, after more than a decade in the Design field, I felt the need to explore
new creative ground. I wanted to challenge myself, start something from the
ground up again, and merge my passions for the ocean, cinema, and scuba
diving.
I’ve been fascinated by the ocean since childhood, discovering scuba diving at
13. Combining this with my passion for storytelling, I took a one-way flight to
the Philippines, invested in cinema-grade underwater equipment, and began
filming. I self-taught underwater cinematography, editing, and scriptwriting.
In 18 months:
- I produced 90+ videos, reaching 1.7M+ views on social media.
- I self-produced two short films, made with zero budget, earning 29 festival
nominations and 9 awards, including Best Short Film and Best First-Time
Director at festivals like Oceanic Global, Wildlife Conservation Film Festival
and Deauville Green Awards.
Alongside my work as a UX & Design Expert, I continue to create poetic
underwater films, embracing complete creative freedom in storytelling.

In July 2019, Agorapulse raised 17 millions euros. One of the company's goal
is to step up its game in the Product Design field, and reach a new level of
design and user experience quality.
My responsibilities spread across :
-> Product Design & User Research : Getting to the highest possible quality
standards for the web app, the mobile app and the website. 3 objectives :
Provide the best user experience and interface possible. Rise above the
competition. Strive to do better everyday based on user research and data.
-> Branding : Raising the bar to unify the branding of Agorapulse and have
a consistent style, voice and structure to our branding and communication
across all channels and continents : Marketing assets, Social Media assets,

and ownership scattered across continents, but slowly getting there !
-> Mentoring & Coaching : Support Designers & Researchers (6 Product

several freelancers for Marketing Design), accompany them in their growth
and journey as complete Product & Brand Designers. Teaching them UX and

-> Renault, the first automotive group in the world, created Renault Digital in a
joint-venture with The Boston Consulting Group, in January 2017.
Centered on Digital Innovation, it has based its approach on an inspiring startup ecosystem, working with multidisciplinary teams to support strategic digital
projects. It aims at digitalizing all the automotive core business in the next
years to come.
Recruited by The Boston Consulting Group and working in Agile Teams with
people from various tech fields, our goal is to build and design products that
will be used in the 118 countries the company is into.
I have worked on several projects there, but mostly on the Performance Digital
Dashboard. More explanations about this project above !
-> How did you work remotely on this project ?
During those two years, I was lucky enough to be able to travel while working.
Before the launch of the MVP, in August, Renault Teams could not work
(holiday month), but consultants could So with the trust of our Product Owner,
we worked remotely with the Tech Team, to prepare the MVP for the beginning
of September. The launch was a success !
From this point, I have gained the trust of my product owner, to be able to
deliver a work of quality remotely. I negotiated to be able to travel and work
remotely in 6 different countries, on a 2 years period, with a schedule of 3 days
out of 5 a week. This was a success !

It was The Boston Consulting Group who recruited me to work in the joint

outside of it, as a Product Design Consultant for several projects.
Needless to say this was super exciting !

it is a whole different process, and I see this teaching experience as a great
opportunity to learn more on UX, and on myself. I hope I was up to the
challenge !
