Need : Launch of various projects for the international branch of Voyages-Sncf : ******** or ******** : 7 languages/13 versions (Germany, Luxemburg, Netherland, Swiss, Italy, Spain, Belgium)
Activities
• Identify key functionalities which improve quality and user experience
• Launch of project which ensure a great customer experience or a better accessibility
• Establishment of process which enhance the productivity of the business unit in the day to day
• Leading tests period and management of the development team

Senior project manager
Need : Launch of a new innovative website including with door to door functionalities, comparison between train, plane and car (********/)
Activities
• Definition of the future mobile strategy
• Definition of the needs and identification of the key improvement required by the users

Project coordinator
Need : Insure the release of Broadband project and the well understanding of the projects by all the interlocutors involved, interface of all the distribution channel (Self-care, Customer relationship, Agencies)

• Determined market size and growth opportunities
• Manage the product life cycle, including evolution of current portfolio to suit customers’ expectations
• Responsible of the buying process for an hybrid “box” xDSL + FTTx
• Product manager of the customer website (prioritization, improvements, …)

Product manager of the SFR mobile portal
Need : Launch of the new SFR website adapted to Smartphones. (IOS, Android…)

• Benchmark of the Smartphones websites / applications best practice

Launch of an application store
Need : Identify key brand to complete the Sony Store and convince them to post their applications on the platform.
Activities
• Choice of the key domestic & international partners depending of the quality/nature of their applications
• Coordination of the Sony European team (weekly meeting and reports)
