• Ensuring transition value drivers (risk mitigation, service stability, smooth service transfer, pertinent knowledge transfer approach…) are reflected in the client value proposition.
• Determining the transition plan.
• Collaborating with Delivery Centers to ensure delivery capability matches the proposed solution for transition.
