Main responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the Solution Architect to shape the transition approach and helping to sell the deal.
• Determining transition costs and providing input on pricing
• Ensuring transition value drivers (risk mitigation, service stability, smooth service transfer, pertinent knowledge transfer approach…) are reflected in the client value proposition.
• Determining the transition plan.
• Collaborating with Delivery Centers to ensure delivery capability matches the proposed solution for transition.
• Identifying support expected from Client during transition phase.
• Establishing personal credibility and increasing the level of buyer confidence.

Project Manager Accenture
Main responsibilities:
• Determining the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule. Developing and reviewing estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience.
• Reviewing, and being responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirements.
• Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly defined points in the process ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
• Identifying, clarifying, and resolving issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
• Balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. Making adjustments as necessary.

Sep 08 – Apr 10 Quality Internal-Quality
High Performance Delivery Lead Accenture
Main responsibilities:
• Rolling out processes and train employees on Organizational quality processes.
• Continuously Improving the Processes.
• Maintaining the Quality Process Assets.
• Co-ordination of the quantitative process management activities for the organization.
• Collating information /best practices available from Project Closures to establish and maintain the Organization Process Database and Library of Software Process Related Documentation.
• Implementing project management tool at the organization level and improving the same for quantitative project management.
• Approving project process deviations.
• Ensuring that Customer Feedback Satisfaction Survey Analysis is conducted and reports to Senior Management.

Main responsibilities:
• Initially staffed as junior programmer performing detailed design of applications and technical architecture components. Participating in code reviews. Fixing defects and performance problems discovered in testing. Qualified as an Analyst in October 2006
• Promoted to Analyst in 2006 and Associate Team Lead in 2007 while designing applications to meet client requirements. Supervising other developers in completing . Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the designs
• Ultimately Associate Team lead managing a team of 3 FTE

Main responsibilities:
Analyzing client needs and transforming them into project requirements and changes to requirements. Troubleshooting the configuration problems and rectifying the same. Providing solutions and ideas on deployment as well as on technical queries. Troubleshooting and resolving issues after deployment.
