  (business requirements, design, configuration, specifications, IT and UAT tests, training).
  • L3 support on SAP QM. IT expert for regulatory inspections (FDA, etc) and quality audits.
  • Interfaces enhancement projects with 2 PLMs softwares, with a COA processing platform, with the GED
  tool, etc.
  • Scoping, feasibility study and management of cross-functional IT projects. Perform and coordinate
  resources for all project stages from business requirements to go-live :
  o Implementation of a LIMS, design and realization of SAP interfaces. 50 users
  o Enablon-Claims (tool for processing customer complaints and investigations). Realization of
  interfaces with SAP, Salesforce and local CRM tools via Biztalk. 100 users worldwile.
  o QMS (Quality Management System), Avanteam editor. RFI and RFP writing, conduct design
  workshops, write specifications, realization of interfaces with SAP via Biztalk, perform IT tests. 600
  users.
