Build the technological backbone of one of Africa's most ambitious AI mobility ecosystems.

We are creating far more than a transportation application.

We are building a complete AI-native digital mobility ecosystem designed to transform how people, goods and professional mobility services operate across West Africa.

Our long-term vision is to establish the reference platform for intelligent mobility across Africa by combining Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, geospatial technologies, predictive analytics, financial technologies and large-scale distributed systems.

This platform will serve governments, businesses, transport operators, professional drivers and millions of daily users.

The first deployment targets the eight WAEMU countries, representing more than 139 million potential users, with future expansion to other African markets.

We are looking for an exceptional Lead Developer / AI Solution Architect capable of designing the technological foundations of this ecosystem.

This is not simply another software engineering position.

You will become one of the principal architects behind a platform intended to scale nationally, regionally and eventually continentally.

Your Responsibilities

You will have significant technical autonomy and will lead the design of the entire engineering ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include:

Software Architecture

• Design the complete software architecture.

• Recommend the most appropriate technology stack.

• Build a modular, scalable and maintainable architecture.

• Define engineering standards and development guidelines.

Artificial Intelligence

Design and integrate AI components including:

• Intelligent dispatching

• Driver-passenger matching

• Parcel allocation

• Predictive analytics

• Route optimization

• Demand forecasting

• Recommendation systems

• AI-powered operational assistance

Cloud Infrastructure

Design a cloud-native infrastructure capable of supporting millions of users with high availability and resilience.

Mobility Technologies

Develop systems for:

• Real-time GPS tracking

• Geospatial processing

• Navigation

• Route computation

• Fleet optimization

• Cross-border operations

FinTech Integration

Integrate multiple payment providers including:

• Wave

• Orange Money

• MTN Mobile Money

while ensuring extensibility for future payment ecosystems.
