• KOMATSU – SAP Supply Chain configurer & team lead
Implementation of a new legal entity and new inter-company
processes in the context of a split between the manufacturing
and distribution activities.
– Defined and configured the buy and sell inter-company
(IC) processes.
– Involved in all project phases within the MM and SD
areas: blueprint, realisation, testing, data conversion,
cutover preparation and project management.
– Configuration included inter-company selling price
calculation, IC purchase orders, IC Sales Orders, IC
invoice and multi-currency billing.
– Managed complexities of implementing new intercompany tasks while minimizing the additional workload.
– Managed complexities of extending all master data into a
new legal entity, and converting transactional data from
one company to another one.
– Handled separation of legacy inventory between the 2
legal entities in MM, WM, SD, PP modules

• BRICO DEPOT – SAP Retail consultant (MM and SD)
For 2 years, Anne-Laure participated in the implementation of
the SAP Retail solution in 5 Distribution Centers with WM
solution and with a roll out in more than 70 stores. Brico Depot
is a subsidiary of the Kingfisher group, selling hard discount
DIY products in France.
– Designed & configured new logistics processes, such as
cross docking, flow through, push & pull materials flows
from distribution centres to stores, including use of
allocations and merchandise distribution functionalities.
– Implemented sales forecast and replenishment processes,
configuring many forecast and MRP calculation methods.
– Monitored the management of logistic units.
– Configured the “Available to Promise” functionality on the
store sales orders.
– Involved in the multiple stages of a large-scale
implementation project: blueprint, solution design, risks
mitigations, testing (unit, integration, UAT), data
management, users training, go-live support, and change
management.
– Detailed documentation was delivered at every steps of
the project (workshop minutes, process map, blueprint
doc, configuration doc, training doc, change request
forms, user guides).
– Managed a team of 3 junior consultants.

• ENERGY AUSTRALIA – SAP MM configurer & team lead
iAMS project (integrated Asset Management System)
comprised of implementing the Project System and Plant
Maintenance modules to the running 4.6C SAP solution.
This project lasted over 2 years and encompassed the
conversion of more than 700 millions objects during a cutover
period of 2 weeks.
– Determined integration points between MM, WM, PS and
PM modules and validated with business representatives
the required changes on MM module.
– Configured MM changes and worked with ABAP
developers when solution enhancements were
appropriate.
– Configuration comprised of stock reservations,
procurement against a project, ATP (Available To
Promise), inventory management with serialisation and
split valuation, and the interface with a Warehouse
Management System.
– Monitored all test phases (unit tests, system tests, UAT,
verification tests).
– Organised MM data migration plan.
– Go-live support (defect analysis, bug correction and
change management).
– Managed another MM consultant.
– The main outstanding achievement was Anne-Laure’s
involvement in the data conversion preparation, which
included building a data conversion plan hand in hand with
PM and PS team to cover all data inter-dependency.

• LOTTERYWEST – MM SAP configurer and team lead
SAP ECC6 Best Practices implementation using the SAP All-inOne methodology to replace Lotterywest's existing systems.
– Monitored every step of the full life cycle project:
demonstration of SAP Best Practices, GAP analysis,
process definition, solution configuration, data migration,
user authorisation management, integration test & UAT,
training documentation, go live support.
– Managed workshops with key users and designed new
business processes in line with the SAP Best Practices
solution.
– Configured the “non-stock procurement” process: requests
for quotation, vendor’s agreements, purchase requisitions,
purchase orders against a cost centre or an asset, good
receipts and invoice verification with tolerance limits.
– Managed complexities of gathering and cleaning all data
from the legacy system.
– Improved the procurement process taking into account
governmental standards.
– Implemented the solution within 6 months thanks to the
use of SAP All-in-One methodology.

• GSM RETAIL – MM configurer and team lead
Deployment of the SAP solution across 20 mobile stores in just
nine weeks, using the SAP All-in-One methodology.
– Managed to implement the solution within tight deadlines:
o The first retail site went live in only four weeks.
o Fujitsu won the best All-in-One SAP
implementation in 2007 for the GSM Retail
implementation (SAP award).
– Configured the MM module to facilitate purchase orders
and inventory management with serialization.
– Monitored all project phases: best practice solution
demonstration, gap analysis & configuration, master data
creation, go live support & end-user coaching.

• ORICA – SAP CATS Consultant
Implementation of SAP CATS functionality to record
contractor’s timesheet when doing Plant Maintenance &
Warehouse Management. CATS had to be integrated with MM
and FI modules for procurement and vendor payment
purposes.
– Demonstrated SAP CATS functionality.
– Worked in collaboration with a finance consultant to build
the solution.
– Configured required changes in MM – PP – PM – WM to
add new functionalities (and tested them).
– Organised integration tests with Finance and Key Users.
– Created training & go live support documentation.
– Assisted Key Users during go-live phase.

• EPSON – SAP consultant (MM)
Solution support on a long-term bug on the forecast
functionality.
– Discussed with the local IT team to understand current
issues / bugs.
– Analysed SAP existing configuration.
– Investigated with SAP support the reason why the initial
built solution stoped working properly.
– Found explanations and configured MM module to fix it.

Post go-live support on a SAP Retail solution implementation.
