• Consulting Architect

  Provide advice and leadership to Openwave Consulting customers in understanding how to build and deploy wireless Internet services using Openwave products. Essential duties and responsibilities include: providing an in-depth understanding of Openwave technology to our customers, understanding how Openwave technologies fit into a customer's IT infrastructure: organizing and managing project plans, including work estimates: managing other consultants on engagement. Providing day-to-day contact from Openwave to the customer: and identifying opportunities to sell additional consulting services and product licenses.
  France:
  Test & validation for Orange of Openwave’s WAP gateway: interconnection with SMS-SC, IP to X.25 encapsulation, test description standards interface & features for GPRS & roll out.
  Audit & technical recommendation for a major French ISP. The goal of the project was the migration of 220K users plus the installation of a new platform able to scale to 500kusers.
  Hong-Kong:
  Audit & recommendation for a new email platform able to support up to 2 million users. This system is also providing white-yellow pages services for one of the largest operator based in the UK.
  Spain:
  Audit, recommendation and installation of a new email platform plus migration strategy for the old platform for 200K users.
  Norway:
  Audit for an ASP that wanted to host a new customer (Free mail based in UK). Migration procedure from a Qmail based system to Intermail Mx platform. Number of migrated account: 260K users.

• Senior Technical Consultant

  Architect, design, implement, test and deliver quality for custom solutions for worldwide key and strategic customers using the Sendmail MTA, Web-Mail and proxy technology. Work closely with customers to design, develop and deploy our technologies for mission critical enterprise applications on the Internet involving VPN, Firewall, load balancing, mass-mailing, internet security, network connectivity and large scale management.
  Interop PKI showcase:
  Design and installation of Sendmail interfaced with a PKI. The goal of this showcase was to prove our ability & simplicity in order to deploy a secure solution regarding e-mail architecture vs. a VPN.
  Prodigios Interactivos Project:
  Technical validation & proposal for the final and high scalable e-mail architecture. This win deal is a 3 million dollar revenue e-mail solution. Management of a 60 days men project for the final roll out. The e-mail platform requirement was web-mail, plus POP & IMAP services for multi-million end users.
  Mediametrie Project: Audit and technical revue of the overall process for the collect and the processing of data of their network solution.

• Technical Expert Lucent

  Technologies MSG.
  Jan 1998 - Jan 1998

  Messaging Systems technical expert in the EMEA area for mobile and fixed line operator.
  Responsible to support the Lucent engineers dedicated for the Messaging solutions.
  Test & validation for Cegetel of the Lucent voice mail system against a GSM test platform: SS7 interconnection, test description and roll-out for all the following layers: MTP1-3, SCCP, MAP.
  Test manager for the lucent voice messaging systems in GSM environment: writing and implementing GSM MAP and ITU tests process. Implementation of tests process to solve SMS troubles.
  These projects have been performed for: TPSA (Poland), SFR (France), FastLink (Jordain), Aramco (Saudi Arabia), One2One (UK), Eircom (Irland) and Telecel (Portugal).

• Network and System Engineer

  Development of a Nippon Telephony & Telegraph World-wide Telecom “Global Communication Network” backbone, linking up Asia Europe and North America (study, proposal and roll out). Project management to study voice over packet network solutions with LAN interconnection (VOFR, VOATM).
