• Decathlon (Retail), Lille
Decathlon’s Global Digital Supply Chain Transformation Program: 34 countries, 125 warehouses,
4000 stores, covering Offer, Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, Transport, Customs, Dispatch,
Finance processes.As member of the Program direction, I assisted Decathlon to organise and kick
off this huge international program, and then I was in charge of the delivery of one productive
version per year from 2015 to 2018. I also performed a S/4 Hana study to help Decathlon deciding
when and how to move to S/4 Hana.

Program Director of a SAP international program based in the UK. I managed the CSC international
team with consultants from CSC UK, CSC US, CSC France, CSC Belgium, CSC Spain, and CSC India. We
successfully deployed the application in 8 months.
• Renault Automotive Group (Automotive), Paris
As project director, I managed a Renault SAP program to unify Renault Worldwide Purchasing
Practicesusing harmonized processes implemented on a single core system platform based on SAP
technology (SAP SRM 5/0, Portal EP 6.0, and BW 7.0 modules°. Renault new core model, after a
successful pilot implementation, was deployed worldwide. (1800 buyers, 10 countries, purchasing segments
involved: 15 Billion€/year). The CSC team included a CSC India offshore development teams basedin
several locations.

As project manager, I managed the design and implementation of the new SAP core worldwide
management system covering the Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Controlling, services operation,
Project management processes. The core system was based on SAP MM, SD, CS, FI, CO, PS modules.
• Peugeot Citroen Automotive Group (Automotive) Paris
As project manager, I managed the feasibility study on the implementation of SAP EWM module in
the central worldwide spare parts warehouse.

for non- stock materials.
