Mobile Services Project Manager

• WiFi SIP services stream leader: Responsible for the definition and design of new services on top of the Ericsson IMS for a Fix-Mobile Convergence project. Integration of these services within the existing France Telecom and Orange operational network.
• Social Network Communication Services project manager: Designing and assessing the business models of several services based on Social Networks and Web 2.0 technologies. Evaluate the opportunities for such services to be deployed within a telecom operator environment. Functional and technical specifications of the social network- based services in IMS environment. • Project Manager for 2 user field trials on Symbian series 60 devices: Managing the development and the deployment of 2 innovative services with 200 users (Multiplayer mobile game based on Synergenix/Terraplay platforms and Location-based Mobile Instant Messaging based on Jabber/XMPP and Orange Location Service). • IMS services architect: Definition of new services (use cases, feasibility, and architecture) for different technological partnerships (Alcatel, Siemens). Contributions to different RFIs and RFPs with IMS vendors. Teacher at my former engineering school and at France Telecom on the IMS architecture and services.
• P2P services architect: Technical studies on different P2P services. Benchmarking of different P2P technologies (Chord, Pastry, Gnutella, P2P-SIP). Architectural work on different P2P services using SIP.

IMS Services Stream Leader: Management of a team of 4 software developers. Specifications & development of several IMS Service enablers (Presence, IM, GLM, Location…) for Orange UK. Point of contact for Orange UK Marketing. Definitions & Development of new IMS services within the Siemens-France Telecom partnership & trial, FT point of contact for Orange UK, Siemens and Ubiquity. Brainstorming organisation throughout the FT group for new service definitionsContribution to Nokia IMS and Siemens IMS RFIs and RFPs. Point of contact with Orange R&I UK on IMS-related projects.

• IMS Technical studies: Technical specifications for developing a 3GPP-compliant IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) platform and client. In-depth study of 3GPP and IETF specifications. Contributions to 3GPP delegates.
• IMS prototyping: Programming in C and Java with the Radvision and NIST JAIN SIP stacks for the IMS components and clients. Use of the JMF for the media part of the client. Use of JDBC/MySQL, XML parsers and XML schemas for HSS implementation.
• Technical presentation on GSM, GPRS, UMTS.

• Development of CENTRACO combustion simulation software (matlab & C++)
