DATA INTEGRATION SPECIALIST - ROCHE

Activities:
Leading the integration activities, which consist of manipulating highly complex clinical and high dimensional biomarker datasets in order to create analysis ready merged datasets.
Writing the ADAM specifications and developing the SAS programs to generate the datasets.

Activities:
Estimate programming scope of work, communicate project status and negotiate project timelines for deliverables.
Provide training and mentoring to new statistical programmers.
Analyzing phase I to III Clinical trials in different indications within Oncology Business unit.
Writing the ADAM specifications and program derived datasets following the CDISC standards.
Review of SDTM datasets and specifications created by the data management team.

Activities:
Involved in Phase I to III clinical trials by providing required tables and listings for oncology service.
Developing SAS Macros to create tables, graphs and listings for inclusion in clinical study reports.
Creation of tools (VBA and excel) in order to support the automation of statistical analyses for the periodic review of production data (Reporting).
Using statistical methods applied within manufacturing and QC release as statistical intervals, ANOVA models and regression analysis.
Quality control of macros and reports.
Redaction of Tables/Figures/Listings (TFL) shells, specifications and user guide.
