B6FF (déjà en prod) : Un Système d'informations permettant l'identification et la dépose de tous les régulateurs de gaz B6
sur le territoire français .
TDR (Budget 270 Millions d'euros/ en cours de développement): un système d'informations permettant la traçabilité des
régulateurs de Gaz de France
Les 2 produits s'inscrivent dans le cadre de la nouvelle réglementation de sécurité industrielle.

Rôle:
Management d'équipe
Etude d'impact et analyse des risques
Préparation et animations des différents comités de suivi et de pilotage des produits
Assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage et accompagnement des métiers dans la mise en place et la validation des évolutions
des produits
Cadrage du périmètre de la version MVP de l'outil TDR avec les métiers
Rédaction des appels d'offre pour la mise en place de nouveaux partenariat
Planification et suivi des différentes phases du produit
Validation de la stratégie de recette

Un projet au cœur du SI ENEDIS au sein du pole PRISME (Patrimoine Réseau Intervention SmartGrid et MobilitE)
Plus de 30 projets partenaires avec échanges d'informations en web services ou Batch
Budget annuel de ~ 6 millions d'Euros
Utilisé par ~20 000 utilisateurs (Agents de terrain en mobilité & Programmateur)
Equipe: PO+ 4 équipiers +SM+ 3 recetteurs + 2 CDC
Rôle: Product-Owner Linky pour Cinke-programmation
Réalisations:
• Animations des cérémonies agiles (sprint review, Grooming, planning-pocker)
• Récolte du besoin métier
• Proposition de nouvelles fonctionnalités aux métiers
• Priorisation du Backlog => Identification des fonctionnalités attendues et sélection de celle qui apportent le plus de
valeurs ou de bénéfices aux utilisateurs et les intégrer dans les versions du produit
• Comprendre les Technical Story proposées par l'équipe de réalisation ou par l'équipe des architectes techniques du
produit (Ex : Optimisation des performances du produit, Couverture du code par des TU, Gestion des logs entre les
différentes briques du produit)
• Analyse des Bug Stories (anomalies de production et / ou anomalies de recette)
• Écriture du backlog fonctionnel ( rédaction des stories / taches d'études / anomalies)
• Participations aux différentes réunions métiers
• Test et qualification des stories avant leurs livraison
• Qualification du besoin fonctionnel
• Appui à la recette Fonctionnel ( Validation des stratégies de test, qualification des anomalies, exécution de tests,
vérification des prérequis de la recette, organisation des recette connectées ..)
Analyse technique des Bug : (API, Services, SOA, JMS, ActiveMQ)
Gestion des contrats d'interfaces avec les partenaires du SI (Validation technique et fonctionnelle des CI)

• Animating the agile ceremonies (sprint review, Grooming,

• Proposing new functionalities for trades
• Prioritizing Backlog: Identificate of expected features and
select the ones that bring the most value and benefits to
users + integrates them into product versions
• Reviewing, analizing and evaluating business processes
• Analysing and then creating bug stories (production
anomalies and / or anomalies of QA Testing)
• Writing epics and user stories/ Features
• Participating in various business meetings
• Handling functional testing strategy(test strategies
validation, anomalies qualification, accompaniment during
the execution of tests, verification of the prerequisites of
QA test, organization of the connected test of the IS with
