Dispatch of the integration s planning among the members of the team
Support and help the team for blocking points
Respect of the due dates for the requested operations from the customer
Ensure a Canalized communication with the technical manager and the costumer.
Daily reporting of the night shift activities to customer
A weekly and monthly reporting for all the activities done over a week and a month
Supervision of all the work to Insure and follow up the monthly productivity and fulfill a 100 green KPI with the customer
Participate on the customer meetings and propose managed services solutions as per customer requirements.

Preparation of scripts/files to configure Huawei 2G BTS 3G NodeB and LTE EnodeB
Integration of the Huawei equipment 2G, 3G and 4G BTS3900/BTS3900A in to customer RAN Network and into M2000 V0016
Integration and commissioning of new 2G/3G and LTE sites
Band addition on 2G G900/ G1800 , 3G U900/U2100 and LTE L1800/L800
Coordination with field team on real time for hardware installation and site configuration.
Integration of the antenna & feeder system including TMA and RET
Configuration of ALD devices, thresholds, tilts and attenuation for installed antenna in 2G/ 3G and 4G
BTS/NODEB/ ENODEB commissioning with LMT V900R014C00/ V900R015C00/V900R016C00/V900R017C00
Distribute license for 3G/4G
Configuration and test of external alarms
Troubleshooting during and after the integration

Post-checks accomplishing after integration to insure the quality of service.

Insure the Hotline calls continuously during the day
Support the field team to solve generated issues on site and clean the alarms

Clean the post check remarks for previous integrations issues.
Execute the Hardware SWAP cabinet swap, RF units swap, connections changes, RET and MHA replacement and Cobuilt project



NIGHT SHIFT operations for the customer PROXIMUS



Overall responsibility for the team during the night shift


Responsible of the follow-up & reporting of the night activity the reporting, the sanity checks and the escalation reports

Insure the Guard duty for the whole week.
Processing the tickets created for the network issues alarm clean up, site status, coverage issues, KPI monitoring and analysis with iManager PRS.
Execute changes requested for one NE
Execute and process network critical operations on a massive volume of Network elements

Performing the SRAN9 upgrade for the whole Proximus Network BTS, NodeB, EnodeB, BSC and RNC
Performing the SRAN10 upgrade for the Proximus network elements.
Performing the SRAN11 upgrade for the Proximus network elements.
Massive change of LAC, RAC and TAC for 2G, 3G and 4G cells
FULL IP swap of 2G/3G sites
TRX changes addition/removal of TRX, frequency change, power change for 2G cells
DC cell HSDPA configuration for 3G cells
