09/2011 to 12/2017 ING – IT Architect , Lead Architect Card domain
• Lead Architect Card domain: Translate Business architecture into an IT architecture. It includes:
o Managing and maintaining the Card domain applications, application interfaces, infrastructures, connectivity to other ING and partners applications (online messages, file transfer, gateway…).
o Managing stakeholders (internal and external (WorldLine, Visa, MasterCard, ING Group …)
o Leading the changes, validating all solutions and decisions, Managing conflicts and escalations
o Maintaining Card applications architecture repository and data stores , Security of all assets
o Defining and Promoting Cards data protection culture within ING (PCI DSS, )
o Defining the Target Architecture of Card domain based on Business vision and IT strategy (example : Assessment of software package (VCSS suite) to support ING group Card Business”, “Phase-out of Unisys infrastructure”, Digitalization of Card domain, Using MasterCard new product …)
• Enterprise / Solution Architect for several projects (Business, Regulatory, compliancy): Define solution architecture of projects in Cards domain (PML Credit Card, e-Statement, BCMC SEPA, digitalization of Card domain: Bancontact payment), Lending (Consumer Credit Directive), Insurance (SEPA compliancy). Compliancy (GDPR). The following projects increased my knowledge of IT infrastructure:
o Integration Record Bank IT system to ING  I defined the solution to manage Record Bank Cards transactions between transition period.
o Global tooling : I defined and delivered an integrated tooling (Aris, Caliber, PowerDesigner, HPQC) that support the software / Application development lifecycle while ensuring traceability, integrity, confidentiality, availability, re-usability.
o Architect in Omni Channel – Digital transformation: Define, validate and promote Architecture and design for the digital transformation throughout the entire value chain (integrated all Back-end systems: Accounts, Debit/Credit Cards Balance and transactions, Securities, Marketing, documents). It includes the revamping of current web sites with new technologies (API-led architecture, Responsive web design, In-memory database, KAFKA). I contribute to the definition of the IT Roadmap and target infrastructure need definition

• For ING : Acting as lead Architect for implementation of Marketing Data Warehouse platform of ING
• For CIRB 2009: “Brussels Region IT infrastructure strategy definition”. The vision of the region is to get unique Data Center for all communes and organisms for more efficiency, cost and risks reduction.
I lead several experts of Capgemini, IBM, CIRB to translate this vision to sustainable IT Architecture solution :
o Making the audit of MRBC infrastructure (inventory of OS, servers, networks, Applications, Storage,…)
o Analysing of infrastructure of CIRB, IBGE, Port of Brussels, SLRB, IRISnet network, …
o Defining Data Center Architecture with disaster recovery and Business continuity plans
o Defining the service catalogue that offers 3 types of services and a Shared Service Center with Green IT practises, Rationalization, Virtualization, risk management,
o Defining Transformation roadmap, Processes and tools
• For CIRB: Managing several projects and contractors. It includes the feasibility study and the rollout of Open Office at Commune of Anderlecht (600 documents, 665 PCs migrated and 300 users trained in OO)
• For CIRB: Managing the Integration of Helpdesks of MRBC and CIRB (Peregrine to Assyst – Axios Systems).
• For GSK: Acting as Requirement Manager to define the User requirements specification of the new version of Project Documents management system (AGORA) composed of LiveLink (Open Text) and AsBuilt (Fujitsu)
• For AXA, Creating several training for Architects/Analysts and developers around CIF applications (CRM solution). The course includes the end-2-end components, infrastructure and processes around CIF.
• For SUEZ: Acting as Architect to define the target Architecture landscape to support SUEZ group strategy
• For Proximus: Mediation is system between telecommunication network and various post-processing applications like Billing system, Call Search, Data warehouse, Marketing, Report. As Analyst-Architect, I developed and maintained the Mediation Application for 2 years. I also performed the Feasibility study and defined the target solution by using the new version of Eventlink (2004-2007)
• For Mobistar: acting progressively as Developer, Analyst, Tester and Architect during 5 years for developing, maintaining and supporting the Billing and Provisioning System. As Expert, I also trained my colleagues including a huge knowledge transfer to India team. I also made several critical missions to solve complex issues like improving the performance of provisioning, supporting the Mobile number Portability deployment
• Presales activities: I acted as Bid Manager, Presales Architect or Presenter for several proposals and products

7/1998 to 12/1999 Department of rational mechanics -Faculté Polytechnique de Mons - Research Assistant
• Pyroshock simulation using the Alcatel ETCA test facility Ariane 5: Defining algorithms and developing software to compute the pyroshock generated by test facility. This device is used to test the satellites embarked on ARIANE rocket 5 against pyroshock.
• STIB : Defining the solution to reduce mechanical vibrations caused by Tramways of Brussels
