- Provide SUN and VERITAS training for customers in TMI Training Centre and abroad.
- Remote and on-site support to end-users and follow-up calls and helpdesk coordination.

- Preparation, Configuration and Integration of high availability architecture solutions, using the VERITAS Cluster software and SUN servers.
- Deployment and Installation of Backup Solutions, using VERITAS Netbackup, Solstice Backup and Legato Networker .
- Installation and Configuration of VERITAS Volume Manager and Solaris Volume Manager
- Installation and Configuration of Messaging Server Solution
