The Global Fund is one of six NGO's based in the new building HQ (Global Health Campus) in Geneva,
• Installation of Network equipment and cabling for new building, whilst under construction, housing 6 NGO’s as part of the project team delivering within tight timeframes.
• Consulted and Organised third-party vendors to ensure the schedule is maintained.
• On-site SPOC for Network and Video conference issues once the building was completed.
• Maintenance and Configuration of network equipment, new and existing.
• On-boarding of NGO's and new employees when they arrived.
• Configured and deployed network infrastructure and Cisco videoconference systems in over 20 rooms.
Customer Service Support / Field Engineer

Provided remote/on-site IT & Network support to multiple companies across Switzerland as a member of the Field Services team. Regularly performed on-call work during evenings and weekends and provided local IT support to Orange Business employees.
Field Engineer – Frequent field visits across the country.
• Installed and decommissioned network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers, at customer sites, data centers, branch offices, and retail locations.
• Responded to maintenance callouts to diagnose, repair, and replace faulty network equipment.
• Provided weekly on-call support outside business hours, both remote and on-site as needed.
Project Engineer – Provided technical expertise in planning, staging, and installing network infrastructure for various customer projects.
• Led LAN refresh projects, replacing Cisco, Fortinet, and HP network equipment across multiple customer locations.
• Executed analog-to-VoIP migrations, deploying and configuring Avaya, Cisco, and AudioCodes systems.
• Conducted passive and active Wi-Fi surveys utilizing AirMagnet Survey tools.
• Designed, installed, and maintained Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video/audio conference solutions with Cisco, Poly, and Logitech equipment.
IT Support Engineer – Acting as Local IT support dealing with tickets for IT issues and provision of computers and accessories
• Providing IT support to my colleagues in the office
• Software Migrations e.g. Win 10 to Win 11, Office 10 to Office 365.
• End of Life PC Hardware Replacement by imaging new PC’s and transferring data.
