• Post-Doc 5G measurement

Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society
  Jan 2024 - Jan 2025

&#x2022 Advanced 5G Measurement: Led research on advanced 5G measurement techniques (AI/ML, hybrid, UAV), analyzing methodologies, challenges, and solutions for digital economy and internet policy applications.
&#x2022 5G Standard & Implementation Expert: Analyzed 3GPP Releases 15&#x201320 and led 5G SA/NSA deployments across 3.5&#x202FGHz, 2.1&#x202FGHz, and 700&#x202FMHz bands, enabling real-world validation of standardized network performance.
&#x2022 Network Performance & Coverage Analysis: Executed detailed field measurements, demonstrating LTE coverage (approx. 1 km) and optimizing 5G coverage (3.5 GHz, 2.1 GHz, 700 MHz bands approx. 600-700m). Conducted performance analysis in urban environments (e.g., Alexanderplatz to Zoologischer Garten).
&#x2022 Project Supervision & App Development: Supervised student projects focused on developing applications for 5G measurements.

• Post-Doc 6G RIC

  INET TU-Berlin
  Jan 2022 - Jan 2025

&#x2022 Advanced 5G/6G & AI-RAN Research: Conducted in-depth research and published extensively on advanced wireless communication technologies, including 5G/6G, Open RAN (O-RAN), Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), Cell-Free Communication, and AI in Radio Access Networks (AI-RAN).
&#x2022 Innovative Network Solution Design & Validation: Engineered and implemented advanced networking solutions, rigorously validated through simulation and testbed configurations (NS-3, 5G-LENA, USRP X310, Wireshark, PTPv2 analyzer):
&#xF0D8 Secure Dual-Path 5G Video Streaming: Designed and validated an architecture leveraging MPQUIC + eCPRI/VLAN for encrypted multi-path video streaming over 5G fronthaul, achieving <100ns synchronization precision and 15ms P99 latency with dual-layer encryption (TLS 1.3, MACsec).
&#xF0D8 AI-Enhanced Space Safety: Developed an AI-driven system utilizing LLaMA and Python (NumPy, Pandas)for real-time satellite anomaly detection from 40,000+ laser ranging observations, demonstrating stable orbital behaviour.
&#xF0D8 Custom Live Streaming Pipeline: Created a lightweight, modular RTMP-to-HLS live streaming setup using FFmpeg, Docker Desktop, and NGINX-RTMP, designed for multi-bitrate output and edge deployments.
&#x2022 Academic Leadership & Mentorship: Supervised multiple student projects (e.g., 5G TCP, Satellite & Wireless Localization, SDN Controller Comparisons) and taught graduate/undergraduate courses on Applied Networking and Multimedia Wireless Networks.
&#x2022 Conference & Workshop Leadership: Presented poster on RIS at the 6G conference in Nuremberg and organized Cell-Free Networks workshops.
