Avec 10 ans d'expérience sur les Cloud publics AWS, GCP et Azure, je travaille sur les deux phases clef du Cloud :
- La conception / le design des couches d'infrastructure en tant que Solution Architect, et de sa sécurisation en tant que Security Architect
- L'implémentation technique de ce qui a été défini en phase 1 lors de la conception/du design, en tant que DevOps pour la création ou l'optimisation d’infrastructure, et en tant que DevSecOps pour l'implémentation des obligations ou recommandations de sécurité

Encrée dans cette approche à deux dimensions, j’interviens dans des programmes de "Move To Cloud" et de modernisation du SI.

J’endosse au besoin le costume de Tech Lead ou de Product Owner pour structurer le projet.

Hâte de vous partager comment j’ai par exemple contribué à designer et implémenter un framework sur une Landing Zone AWS afin d'accueillir plus de 5000 applications pour la banque d'un constructeur automobile français historique.

  BCG is a global consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges.
  I was taking part of the revamp of the GOV application used for voting intentions during the American elections, renamed Tuned, performing an audit, the architecture design and a detailed road-map, fully running on AWS.
  Musimap uses advanced Deep Learning technologies to understand the meaningful content of music from the audio to achieve a human-like level of comparison.
  I was appointed to conduct an audit on the AWS infrastructure suggesting the 5 AWS Well-Architecture framework for it: optimise costs, design for failure, implement elasticity, decouple components, optimize for performance and keep things secure.

  Airbus is a European multinational aerospace corporation, designing, manufacturing and selling civil and military aerospace products worldwide.
  In a move to Cloud context from Orange Cloud to AWS, I was taking part of the infrastructure as code (IaC) “building blocks” creation in order to harmonise and automate to basic components to use on AWS. From the compute to the DBs, or the storage the IaC standards was AWS CDK.
  CMA-CGM is a French container transportation and shipping company. The world’s 3rd largest container shipping company, using 257 shipping routes between 420 ports in 160 countries.
  In a move to Cloud context from on-premise to AWS, I was the point of contact Cloud Architect guiding to build and get validate the HLD (High Level Design) and LLD (Low Level Design) for the business apps. Taking part of in-depth infrastructure decisions and conception as backups and recovery on AWS.

  Richemont is a Geneva-based luxury goods holding company which 34,000 with employees produces and sells jewellery, watches, leather goods, pens, firearms, clothing and accessories.
  Being part of the DevOps Customers Team, I was in charge of providing environments for new Maisons on GCP Anthos, using Hashicorp Vault, self-hosted JFrog on AWS, on-prem F5, TFE on AWS, Istio Gateway, and DataDog / PagerDuty.

  FairMoney is a French startup (raises $42 million Series B) a digital banking and instant loans in Nigeria providing collateral-free personal loans, a bank account with free bank transfers, and zero convenience fee.
  As alone DevOps at the beginning, I built both a resilient and compliant infrastructure moving from AWS Elastic BeanStalk to AWS EKS Fargate and serverless patterns, and a DevOps Team.
  Stellantis is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed in 2021 on the basis of a 50–50 cross-border merger between the Italian-American conglomerate Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and the French PSA Group.
  After 2 years budling the Landing Zone, I came to create the building blocks making standard and ready-to-use AWS compliant components for devs Teams. After 20 years of on-premise, the human transformation was the biggest challenge.

  As Lead DevOps, I was in charge of the design and the implementation of the all infrastructure as code on GCP using GKE. As the architecture was manually moved to the Cloud, with the 3 others people in the team we have to face various of instabilities. The second in-depth topic was the Jenkins migration.

  Part of the DevOps Team, I worked on the scaling trigger for better management and optimisation of the AWS EC2 consumption, and the observability improvement.

  GymLib makes gym subscriptions affordable and easy for employees through a non-binding subscription giving access to 4000 partners.
  In order to prepare the fund raising, I started alone as DevOps with the responsibility to build the infrastructure on AWS from scratch, leaving OVH. It ended it with a $16.6M raised and 3 people in the DevOps team.

  Part of the 6 people DevOps Team, I was assigned to care of the availability, performance, monitoring (self-hosted Prometheus Grafana GrayLog), incidents response (Pager Duty), of the platforms and services (EKS, Terraform) that company runs & owns. As background topics, I has a key role in the process of reducing human intervention through automation.

  Monoprix is a major French retail chain providing a marketplace to sell and deliver combined food retailing with fashion, beauty and home products. With more than 1K people working in the IT side, they move from on-premise to GCP in two years.
  As Lead DevOps into a 4 people team, I was in charge of the design and the build of a strong infrastructure to meet their new scale (Terraform, GKE & GCE, GitLab for code CICD and TF backend) and securities requirements (Palo Alto).

  Part of the DevSecOps Team, I was in charge of building secure network components: design and implementation of a VPN (Pritunl) on GCE, secure SFTP on GCP for merchants, introduce Teleport to consolidated access to cloud resources.
