    Assist operational team in exploitation tasks after (Raiting, Roaming, Billling, and Provisioning) and provide support for BSCS production.
    Work closely with business to define/clarify requirement.
    Interface with business and technical teams to elaborate/validate functional and technical design of the solution (BSCS, mediation, provisioning….).
    Work closely with team leads of the implementation team, who takes on the delivery of the final agreed solution. Additionally would review such that BSCS is correctly configured and implemented.

    Working in the Project Management Office at Tunisie Telecom in the BSCS iX Release II Mobile Migration project and here are some of my basic functions, responsibilities:

    UAT Manager
    Performs detailed planning and manage project throughout the test execution.
    Create test cases and obtain Business input and agreement

    Develop and/or extract detailed test data required for the execution of test cases.

    From November 2004 to November 2007: BSCS Consultant with Atos Origin Morocco
    Working with Atos Origin in the project of technical maintenance of BSCS V7 for Morocco Telecom Operator “Ittisalat Al Maghreb (IAM)”.

    Principal tasks are:
     BSCS team leader since September 2006: Managing a BSCS team composed by 5 persons, this task includes the ability to manage the work load and meet aggressive deadlines and deliverables. This task allowed me to develop the communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, good planning and organizing skills by working in a client-facing environment.
     Base line configuration (new rate plans, packages, services, business scenarios, free-units, Zones etc) with both online modules and PL/SQL scripts.
     Making the design and the implementation of the Mobile Number portability “MNP” solution commercialized by Maroc Telecom.
     Making the design and the implementation of the 3G services (Visiophony and Internet) commercialized by Maroc Telecom.

    Expertise in BSCS: BSCS is a leading convergent billing solution for wireline and wireless network operators. The version used by Tunisie Telecom is 6.0.

    Principal tasks are:
    Production Support:
     Supporting customer care for all problems related to their needs.
     Installing hardware and software tools used by Tunisie Telecom agencies.
     Analyzing problems and processing error reports from users.
     Putting in place indicators to track volume of activity to take actions to schedule and to prioritize activities.
     Managing Resources (SIM cards, MSISDN): generation, declaration on the system, logical distribution to points of sale.
     Supervising contracts processes & customers administration as well as mastering of the related database tables.
     Performing complete analysis on data logs and taking the necessary actions for timely resolutions to any eventual problems.
     Troubleshooting for the communication with HLRs-MSCs.
     Ensuring the processed on time of all data files.

    Expertise in EMM (Billing GateWay): it is a solution implemented by Ericsson allowing the collection, processing and the distribution of files from MSCs.

    Principal tasks are:
     Monitoring the collection and distribution of CDRs from MSCs to Billing System.
     Checking alarms generated by the BGW.
     Editing statistics status.
     Customising new services (International SMS, GPRS and MMS).
     Testing and verifying new configurations.
     Checking disk capacity and CPU load.
     Analyzing and reporting problems to the helpdesk.
     Managing emergency cases.

    Expertise in EMA (Service Order GateWay): it is a solution implemented by Ericsson allowing the communication between HLRs and billing system. The actual version used by Tunisia Telecom is R9.2.

    Principal tasks are:
     Verifying HLRs redundancy.
     Monitoring the communication between Billing system, SOG and HLR.
     Verifying batch processing.
     Loading IMSI and EKI numbers in the AUC.
     Analyzing and reporting problems to the helpdesk.
     Managing emergency cases.
     Checking alarms generated by the SOG.
     Editing statistics status.
