Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un System Technical Analyst Cloud sur Malakoff.
The candidate will fulfill all following missions on a daily base: • Give transparent feedbacks on request feasibility and lead efficient actions to respect SLA. Be aware of customer constraints and share them with the team • On a mid-term period, manage relations, monitor and handle issues with IT providers • Integrate a regular financial reflexion in recommendations and day to day work. Actively identify opportunities for cost-efficiency or productivity improvement and report them to the management • Participate to IT delivery definition and evolution in one department/location while respecting quality timing and budget
• Contribute through their expertise and knowledge to the formalization of working practices • Write documentations in line with defined modelization of the IT department/location • Understand IS/IT basic goals and plans and how they are related to local business objectives • Understand and enforce continually IS/IT standard tools/processes/methods • Understand and participate to strategic objectives implementation and metrics development to assess attainment of objectives
• Participate to 24/24H on call planning

Currently working in an IT department, you have a real passion for IT and at least two years of experience on system (Microsoft, SQL, Unix and Oracle).

Follows up on initiatives generated by others • Conducts a permanent technological watch of the market • has ITIL v3 foundation certification at least
Good interpersonal and pedagogical skills are essential to the candidate who needs to understand the needs of each one to succeed in his mission. Moreover, he must be able to explain his project clearly to non-specialists. Rigorous and organized, it is also reactive and must be available for its many interlocutors. He adapts to an international perimeter, to diversified problems and constant changes.
