Main Duties:
- Monitoring and checking of supporting documents related to Treasury & Investment deals.
- Processing and executing all Treasury & Investment deals in the system (accounting and payments).
- Posting preparing the revaluations related accounting entries for all various investment products.
- Monitoring of income/returns for the investment deals and their related accounting.
- Monitoring of cash flows in/out related to investment deals by checking and verifying of receipts & payments of local / foreign currencies, and reporting delays.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of outstanding amounts in nostros and suspense accounts, for all accounts related to Investment & Fund operations in the system, as well as with the external Asset Management companies.
- Controlling and monitoring of Nostro accounts and cash balances management.
- Preparing of MIS Reports (Assets/Liabilities/, customer’s total deposits & FX Profit/Loss of all branches, Control counterparty system Limits…).
- Preparation of reports for Tunisian Central Bank and Custodian Tunisian Clearing house.
- Pursuing process improvements including high level of automation and straight through processing “STP”.
- Maintaining up dated procedures manuals for Back office processes.
- Supporting treasury systems up graded projects by performing user testing.
- Maintaining the Back office activity of the business plan activity “BCP” and participate in BCP practice exercises.
- Performing any other miscellaneous tasks.
