Enrich the provision of information by creating 240 new indicators.
Migrate the 140 existing reports on the new environment.
Accompany the MOA in the implementation of best practices.

E.Leclerc network has decided to optimize and migrate its decision-making tools, redesign business processes and set up a centralized repository that is shared with all the entities in the organization.

Attached to the DSI and the program director, as part of the BODS BOXI project, my mission involved migration decision-making and planning tools and was organized around 3 axes :
1st axis:
Assist and recommend as expert business intelligence solutions.
Coordinate and control the various internal stakeholders for the client (several departments) and service providers (several providers).
Monitor the progress of projects and alerts.
