Context: A high level project requirement was supplied by the Customer service department in order to build from
scratch a business in a new area LATAM.
Objective: Cirpack’s objective was to carry out a preliminary study to determine the technical feasibility,
the software package, the cost, the planning, the human resources, and the necessary hardware and software
for the project
Approach: Determined the technical feasibility of the project
Determined the total cost of the project
Determined the necessary resources and planning of the project
Presented the project to the customers
Results and Benefits:
The feasibility study was presented to the executive committee and validated whilst a synergy study was
launched to determine if this project could be re-used by other operators in Honduras and Brazil.
Detailed requirements and functionalities were also supplied by Cirpack.
