Le Chef de projet intégration

Le chef de projet intégration devra principalement s’intéresser à la coordination technique entre les différents intervenants sur un projet, afin d’assurer la bonne mise en place de ce dernier – notamment sur un plan organisationnel et opérationnel.

En relation directe avec la DSI (Direction des Systèmes d’information) de l’entreprise, il devra travailler avec cette dernière à l’élaboration de besoins clairs et précis. Après cette phase d’étude sur les plans architecturaux et sur le cadrage – en accord avec les PM (Project Managers) traitant ces problématiques dans leur appréhension au système d’information – le chef de projet intégration validera les performances cibles à appliquer au SI et  pourra alors choisir les meilleures offres de service à intégrer. Il construira le planning d’intégration et de mise en place de l’infrastructure réseau en respectant le cahier des charges préalablement établi. Il installera équipements et logiciels, intégrera les différentes applications et travaillera sur l’industrialisation du système. C’est lui qui assurera le reporting de l’activité auprès des managers de projets et des gestionnaires et qui fera remonter les éventuelles alertes en cas d’anomalie d’intégration mais aussi en cas de déficit de budget.

En outre, le chef de projet intégration sera chargé de contrôler la qualité des processus du cycle projet et devra s’assurer que tout est parfaitement bien compris des principaux concernés : les utilisateurs du système informatique. Techniquement, le chef de projet intégration devra connaitre le développement Java, le clustering avec Apache, les environnements Windows et Linux, les bases de données Oracle SQL/PL etc. Avant d’occuper ce poste, le chef de projet intégration aura bien souvent exercé en tant que simple chef de projet et après plusieurs années en tant que développeur (orienté organisation et gestion de projet).
