o Design, Build and Deployement of an internet portal dedicated to the analysis and the performance management for the sales follow-up of financial securities within the Caisses d’Epargne bank network.
o Two phases project : The first one, for both the functional and technical design over a three months period entirely leaded by the five Business Objects Team members; The second phase , over a seven months period, was dedicated to the build , testing and roll-out realized in partnership with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young , the Marketing and IT customer team.
o This project was the support of a communication plan within the Caisse d’Epargne banking group, and externaly with press articles published in the French edition of « Bank and Computer Science » magazine.
