Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients (secteur industriel, contexte international) un Workplace Engineer sur la défense.
Areas of responsibility :
▪ Maintain a good level of service & security on all workstations (11 000) and manage workplace lifecycle
(delivery, patching, upgrades)
▪ Maintain a clean software and hardware inventory of workplace assets
▪ Manage and daily use workplace admin tools (SCCM, Intune, WSUS, …).
▪ Manage change and project implementations.
▪ Provide regular reports and relevant KPI on workplace environment.
▪ Contribute to application packaging
▪ Provides L2 and L3 Support during Incident & Problem management processes
▪ Propose efficient operating procedures and automate repetitive tasks.
▪ Take part in migration and operations sometimes out of business hours.
▪ Propose solutions to improve service level and user experience.
▪ Document operation procedures and best practices.
▪ Contribute to define end to end solutions designs considering functionalities, technical options, service,
process, organization, security, user experience, operating model, market trends, tech watch, finance.
▪ Contribute to the change management process, in collaboration with all stakeholders of the change process
in areas.
▪ Contribute to the implementation of the designed solution for key global projects, ensuring a smooth
transition plan to Delivery into Operations mode.
▪ Stay up to date and contribute to IT market tech watch in order to define “Workplace of the future”
Experience :
- 5 - 10 years’ experience as Workplace Engineer
- Strong Infrastructure technical knowledge (Hosting, Workplace, Cloud, Security, IAM, Collaboration) with specific focus on Worplace (Windows 7 & Windows 10, SCCM, application packaging (Installshield), powershell, AD, GPO, application integration, VDI, DaaS, smartphones Samsung Android and Apple IOS, laptops, tablets, workstations, MDM Intune, master, printing, Microsoft O365 mail, sharepoint, teams, skype, office, yammer…).
- Good knowledge of IT operations and security.
- User eXperience lover
- English
