Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Ingénieur Systeme VmWare, AD ... sur la défense pour un grand compte du système industriel dans un contexte international.
Purpose
▪ He/she operates the hosting infrastructure, system management tools and coordinate the operations in tight relationship with customer IS Teams, customer Data Center- and Cloud Service providers.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
▪ Operations & Support :
o Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Incident- and Change Management for the hosting infrastructure and servers in Europe
o Operate and monitor the customer Active Directory worldwide
o Operate Databases (Oracle, MS SQL) or coordinate the operations done by external Service Providers
o Install, configure, test and maintain Operating Systems and Operating System Images and System Management Tools
o Support the deployment of new Business Applications by coordinating activities between the Business and the Hosting Teams for the ordering, delivery and implementation
o Deploy Patches and coordinate upgrades and non-regression tests execution
o Monitor and test Application Performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions
o Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
o Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks (Automation)
o Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
o Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
o Contribute to Major Incident resolution process, coordinating all stakeholders, ensuring processes are correctly followed and adequate communication with stakeholders and management is well performed, with the support of the area Incident Manager.
▪ Design & Manage & Delivery :
o Design global Standards (Windows Server Technology, Backups, DRP Solutions, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, MS Azure IaaS and PaaS,…) and ensure they are deployed
o Maintain and supervise the technical Service Catalogue / CMDB, service levels and other agreements
o Design, implement and test of Disaster Recovery Plans with all involved stakeholders
o Design of information and operational support systems
o Define, maintain and communicate procedures, norms and standards for his field of expertise
o Identify, assess and manage operational and cybersecurity risks and implement appropriate actions
o Provide expertise for the Applications detailed design

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
▪ Solid experience in hosting infrastructure operations
▪ Solid experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
▪ Solid experience in MS Active Directory Administration
▪ Scripting Skills (Advanced PowerShell)
▪ Networking knowledge
▪ Cloud experience. Especially in MS Azure
▪ Experience in technical Project Management
▪ Experience in coordinating tasks and activities in a team
▪ Education: Master’s degree preferred, below acceptable depending on experience and competencies
▪ Language skills: Fluent English required, French or German a plus
