Context:
Join a team of about ten people who operate on email campaigns with landing pages, they run the
site on the "my account" part of my client's website via the CMS and they prepare web display kits.
The main themes are the Loyalty Program with their Premium customers, campaigns for discount
cards, Pro subscriptions...
Mission:
1. Integration of emails from A to Z including management of customizations with a good
command of responsive
2. Coding of blocks and templates for the campaign management tool in responsive
3. Animation of Display Banner Kit from already created creations
4. Integration of pop-ups or landing pages for emails
5. One-off interventions in the CMS of the loyalty site
6. Prepare projects for posting content (contributions), publish after consent of applicant:
• Create publications on e-commerce and institutional sites
• Track content life cycle
• Keep publishing groups up to date
7. Ensure the contribution of monetization operations on courses U
• Create the Assets and the associated .xml files for the different slots (Push Homepage, Push
Homepage Banner Slider, Push Home Product Slider, Push Mobile Homepage, Push Category, …)
• Verification of the dates of each push
8. Carry out the administration of the site and the courses U app
• Centralize, analyze and monitor the reports of anomalies, process them as part of the
administration of the tool and transmit them to the project team as part of the established
process
9. Assist users
• Communicate contribution processes
• Provide assistance to internal (collaborators) and external (stores) users
10. Ensure the reporting of actions to the Administration and Webmastering Manager

As part of the development of an Intranet, I strengthened the digital team to absorb the increase in load.
Attached to the team dedicated to the Intranet, I participated in the design of the intranet, the
creation of pages, posting of articles, graphic design and support/sending of the dedicated
newsletter. My role was centered on the creation, integration, optimization of sites and the execution
of any other general job-related task.
• Websites Technical management:
Design pop-ups and pages in both local intranets and international websites.
Participate in the updating of intranet documentation.
Display banners kit creation
Manage first level technical incidents in the operation of the Intranet.
Provide basic training for each new CMS user
• Development:
Write code lines necessary for the creation of a website/web pages when necessary
Respect the guidelines defined for each site and ensure the consistency of pages and links
(quality, updating)
Ensure the tests and receipts of the applications
Creation of scenarios and dynamic interactive experiences with Ocular and Xperify
• Content management and animation of the Intranet and International Websites:
Design, integrate, upload and format editorial content/images to feed the various sections of
the Intranet via CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)
Design newsletters and email templates using HTML/CSS oriented Outlook.
Respect the defined guidelines
Create, retouch, optimize, import, export, integrate photos/computer graphics in compliance
with guidelines.
