When a customer wants to enter in relationship with the bank, he must undergo the Customer Acceptance Process (CAP). After the client has been accepted, he will be reviewed during the Customer Follow-Up (CFU) process to determine whether the risk is still in line with was previously determined and whether the relationship with the client can be continued. A client will undergo only one CAP but can undergo several CFU processes during his lifetime. The history of these processes will be logged in the system and can be viewed by a user in the CAP/CFU historic screen.
