Collecting business requirements and writing detailed specifications for new functionalities and enhancements of the Runbook product.
Development using ABAP, ABAP Objects, ABAP Web Dynpro, SAP FICO.
2nd and 3rd level support and main point of contact between the development team and the customer service team.
Point of contact between the ABAP developers’ team and the JAVA team developing the Runbook Portal.

Investigated the POS IT Application setups; assess their possible differences with the HP Standard "HP-IT Maintenance & Support Services" which is largely based on the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). Draw recommendations to adapt/align the setups according to the mentioned HP Standard.
Elicited, analyzed, validated and documented the IT Infrastructures used by POS IT.
Assisted for projects planning and resource allocations. Ensure that Service Requests are processed to manage priority applications issues and minor enhancements.
