SAP/PO Middleware Consultant

As the ERP Middleware Integration Manager, you will oversee the deployment, integration, and optimization of middleware components supporting the ERP Core Model across multiple sites in France and abroad. Working closely with the software vendor Sage and internal stakeholders, you will supervise inter-system interfaces, ensure alignment with global standards, and support local teams throughout implementation waves.

Ensure the implementation and integration of middleware solutions for the ERP Core Model across multiple international sites.

Collaborate closely with the Sage software vendor to guarantee proper alignment and system compatibility.

Supervise and validate interfaces between Sage X3 and SAP PI/PO, including required adjustments to inbound semi-interfaces.

Manage phased (wave-based) deployments of the Core Model across global locations.

Guarantee reconnection and seamless operation of peripheral applications during and after deployments.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end integration.

Provide ongoing support to local site teams, ensuring quick response to integration issues.

Conduct on-site visits to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, collect feedback, and identify optimization opportunities.

Contribute to knowledge transfer and training for local IT teams.

Support the upcoming migration of the PI/PO middleware to future SAP technologies (e.g., CPI).

Anticipate site-specific needs and ensure readiness for future technological changes.

Participate in strategic planning for long-term middleware architecture evolution.

Profile :

5+ years’ experience in ERP integration, middleware management, or enterprise application architecture.

Proven experience with SAP PI/PO is strongly preferred.

Experience working in multisite and international environments.
