Description de la mission
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un Project Manager. The Project of the global migration Enterprise Knowledge management (structured Wiki) and Business Collaboration (structured communities of practice) applications from SharePoint 2010 to current Office365 solutions.
The PM is responsible for global Project Management around the migration of these 2 applications
supporting the coordination and follow-up with all RBU/GBU counterparts handling & supporting the
project. He/she links with worldwide teams to monitor overall progresses and KPI, anticipate on risks
and issues associated and identify dependencies. He/she supports the Domain Managers and Business
Relationship owners decisions about projects orientations, Business stakeholders communication and
priorities in the framework of customer IT strategy. He/she handles PMO aspects over the Projects,
managing Project Server Online updates, Project planning updates and reporting in the framework of IT
PMO guidelines and tools.
Jos scope :
PM role is defined by the Domain manager to ensure current project activities are under control and to
support communication & coordination with the various teams involved.
PM role would typically include:
- Support to Project assessment phase working with Business Partners and delivery Managers
- Project governance definition, project committee’s definition and management
- Detailed project framing: scope, budget, deliverables, resources, risk, planning, dependencies
- Project Server Online fulfilment and maintenance throughout the complete project duration
- Project progress follow-up through proactive communication to all delivery groups
- Project reporting including management escalation on issues and CIO Project follow up
- Project deviation management: mitigation action, change control approval
- Project stakeholder communication, steering committee organization
Must have :
Strong IT project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead project involving
different technologies and international teams
o Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills.
o Demonstrated ability to manage aspects involving any technical field, quick learner on any new
required topic.
o Strong proactive and synthetics skills to anticipate raise and manage any issue.
o Demonstrated ability to manage interfaces & deal with project management in international
context
o Fluent English speaker
o Project Server Online efficiency
o Demonstrated experience working on Knowledge Management Business stakes and supporting
IT solutions
o Important experience with Office 365 Collaboration & Communication platforms including
latest releases from Microsoft: SharePoint Online, Yammer, Teams, Delve…
Nice to have:
o IT Infrastructure project experience
o Technology enthusiasm
o Experience on Power BI dashboard and reports
Work experience: +7 years
Minimum education level: Master’s degree Computer Science, Telecommunication or scientific related
field
