Scope: 7 sites (2 French sites, 1 UK, 1 US, 2 Canada, 1 Singapore) 2 Business Units: Landing Gear
and Wheels & Brakes 400 users in 3 functional areas: FI-CO, SD, MM Pilot the TMA activities
(incidents, evolutions, support role level 3) and projects of the BI domain, in relation with the
subcontractors TMA, exploitation, integrators Guarantees the proper functioning of BI applications in
terms of quality, performance, documentation, budget compliance.
Accomplishments: My analysis and the correction of several incidents of the TMA Safran Landing
System led to a reduction of daily tickets by 80%.
