Consolidation manager

Management of a team of 5 persons, implementation and improvement of the consolidation process for the Group newly transformed, production of monthly consolidated reporting on IFRS Gaap, delivery of related analytical review to the Board and the shareholder, supervision of the implementation of new IFRS standards (eg IFRS 16), acting as the key contact with the external auditors, participating the project of core banking system migration.

Project Manager Finance

focus on project management such as IFRS 9, BCBS#239; Meanwhile, seek to provide accurate and comprehensive management report for decision-making purpose (ICAAP, ROE).

Consolidation Manager and Project Manager Finance

Management of all aspects of consolidated financial reporting on both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and French GAAP. Supervision of regulatory reporting such as Solvency ratio and LCR. Leader position in various projects implementation: Basel 2, Basel 3, FINREP.
Financial, Statutory and Regulatory Reporting:
Ensured completeness, consistency and timely submission of reporting across all entities. Ensured agreed recommendations and improvements implemented ahead of next cycle by feedback and process debriefing.
Ensured thorough and robust consolidation process by implementing appropriate controls. Preformed the consolidated Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Disclosures and Annual Report.
Monitored the Solvency Ratio Home reporting to Head-Office (Internal Rating Based Approach) and Host reporting to local regulator (Standardized Approach). Performed the RWA analysis.
Reviewed the group accounting policies, IFRS and banking regulations. Analyzed the impact on local accounting policies and reporting procedures.
Liaised with Head-Office and auditors (internal or external) on accounting and reporting issues and provided the answer to their queries.
Coordinated and prepared the monthly result analysis pack to Managing Board.
Project achievements
Coordinated and managed the implementation of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) under Basel III accords: impact analysis based on Basel III framework and local business, design of internal tool and reporting chain, Business impact follow-up, Host/Home reporting coordination.
Oversaw the FINREP implementation (reported to Head office): creation of a local database according to FINREP requirements.
Implemented successfully the new local consolidation reporting tool.
Improved the existing Host Basel 2 reporting chain.
Participated the migration of banking core system: impact analysis on related financial and regulatory reporting, follow-up actions.

Monthly travelling to Head office: engaged with multiple stakeholder across the business lines and geographies to detail and map the processes under Basel 2 framework at the Group level.
Implementation of local Basel 2 reporting under Standardized Approach: from the internal RWA calculator development to whole reporting chain design: data extraction to COREP templates.
Definition of local governance, role and responsibilities between Finance – Risk - IT. Implementation of procedure, workflow and control points.
