Jean-François ******** has been working as an ERP Functional consultant for 30 years on French and international projects and has a very strong functional background. Jean-François has experienced the full project life cycle (Carrefour, Eiffage, Dassault Systèmes…) from process analysis, to configuration, testing, data conversion, end-user support, trainings, upgrades.
The on-going support, maintenance and enhancements on different ERP softwares for Financial and Distribution modules gave him the opportunity to have a clear vision of an ERP in production environment.

Point-P (Saint-Gobain) 30 months
• In charge of the end-user support on the GL and AM modules on 8.8 release.

• In close relation with an off-shore sub-contractor company (IBM) based in India.
