Accounting control in the Finance department
As part of a migration project accounting, I was in charge of monitoring and controlling the daily accounting systems and participate to the closing office. I implemented process control and set up KPI progress of migration.
- I described the process of accounting flows and identify critical ways
- I identified the abend in the flow accounting and with the help of l’IT, we assisted the users of finance.
- I worked with project teams in the migration of the Belgium accounting in the new accounting tools, and participate in non-regression testing.
