Ensure Standardization of all SEWS-E Datacenter based on IDCA standards.

Develop business relationships with external technology suppliers and partners to ensure appropriate and cost effective
solutions are delivered to the organization.

Professional Experience

IT Engineer (From 09/2008 To 03/2011)

First line support PC software and Hardware setup and troubleshooting. Including all IT related peripherals and systems (Mobile phone, photocopier, Projector, Door Access, CCTV etc.).
Respond to Helpdesk Calls.
Operation of Data Backup systems according to Company Standards.
Proactive monitoring of IT Systems and preventive maintenance (e.g. Network Monitoring system, bandwidth management, application of security patches, deployment of McAfee, testing of Backup and Restore).
Continuously improving IT systems, in line with business requirements, latest technology, along with other new opportunities and threats.
Work with other staff to understand there IS / IT related problems and ensure that the necessary support / solution is applied.
System change control.
Implement changes (e.g. improvements, upgrades, migration) to existing systems whilst minimizing the business impact and risk.

Representif Projects:

Act as IT Project manager during the startup of two new manufacturing sites in Morocco.
Securing all Sites LAN by deploying 802.1x on Cisco and HP switches.
Dynamic Vlans Deployment on all Manufacturing sites.
Virtualisation of all sites using vMware vSphere.
Deployment of Storage area Network on all sites.(HP Store virtual Storage)
Improve Sites LAN by deploying Intelligent Resilient Framework on HP LAN switches and Virtual Switching System on Cisco LAN switches.
Securing all XP machines using Bit9, NAP and cisco Extended ACL.
