Position: System Administrator

Context

 You operate a global level

 You will be part of the IS Datacenter & Cloud Delivery Team, which is in charge of managing hosting Operations, Projects and Strategy for IT and OT hosting needs on-prem, in central datacenters and in the Cloud.

Purpose

 Support to manage

 Strong focus in security, vulnerability management coordinating all the stakeholders

Areas of responsibility

 Operations & Support

o Plan and implement system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments

o Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and reliability.

o Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex hardware, software, and network issues.

o Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and virtualization environments.

o Coordinate patch testing, scheduling, and deployment to minimize business disruption.

o Monitor patch compliance and report on status to management.

o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely deployment of security updates.

o Conduct regular vulnerability scans using Tanium.

o Test patches in a controlled environment to ensure compatibility and system stability.

 Design, Manage & Delivery

o Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.

o Design, implement, and maintain patching processes.

o Analyze scan results, assess risk, and prioritize remediation efforts.

o Track and validate remediation progress across IT systems.

o Maintain vulnerability management dashboards and reports for leadership regarding servers.

 Security

Very important maybe experience in Tanium and patch management.

-Design the new patch management on servers (Tanium)

-Implement the new patch management on servers using Tanium

-Vulnerability management by Tanium (partners, apps, etc) close to cyber team

- Tanium Reports/Dashboard creation to facilitate

-Automation patching with Ansible, etc

-Focus on security of servers, coordinating and correct vulnerabilities.

-Carve in project of company, support and help with migration of servers (Spain and in Finland)

-OS Legacy migrations from 2016

-New OS image 2025

-Database SQL etc

- Linux

o Guarantee the respect of the cyber security principles defined and reports any abnormalities

o Supports security by design principles and enhancements

o Contribute to return on experience analysis with the aim of improve the hardening

 Continuous Improvement

o Provide continuous improvement on his field of expertise: automation, securitization …

o Provide advice, assistance, information and training within the field of expertise to peers

o Contributes to return of experience analyses with the aim to improve the delivery

o Ensure that the documentation in his field is coherent, available, maintained, distributed and applied

o Ensure the recurrent review and update of the knowledge database in his field.

 Knowledge Management

o Structure all documentation and knowledge base for its scope and update knowledge management system with relevant documentation.

o Support the recurrent review and update process for the knowledge database.

o Maintain detailed documentation of patch management activities, schedules, and policies.

 Expected results

 High patch compliance across servers, endpoints, and applications.

 Timely identification and remediation of vulnerabilities.

 Reduced security incidents and improved audit/compliance results.

 Efficient and documented patching and vulnerability management process

Required skills and qualifications

 Associate Degree in Science required; Bachelor Degree preferred

 Minimum of 10 years of experience in system administration, IT operations or infrastructure

 Familiarity with endpoint and server management tools (Tanium, SCCM, WSUS, etc.).

 Experience in patch management and vulnerability remediation.

 Solid experience in hosting infrastructure operations

 Solid experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, MS Azure Stack HCI)

 Solid experience in Azure cloud

 Solid experience with DNS Management

 Solid experience with Active Directory

 Expert knowledge of Windows Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu) server environments.

 Experience in coordinating tasks and activities in a team

 Dev Ops Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Ansible, etc)

 Solid experience with Veeam backup

 Solid experience database technologies (Oracle, MS SQ, PostGreeL)

 Solid experience with monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Datadog, etc)

 Experience to work in manufacturing companies

 Language skills: Fluent English

Hybrid mode – 3 days office and 2 from home

IT or security certifications (CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Tanium Certified, Microsoft Security Administrator).

Experience in ITIL or IT service management frameworks.
