Chef de Projet Web Marketing

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Marketing pour une mission de 3 mois renouvelables sur Paris.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget & planning
o Define and manage project planning – organize and coordinate meetings, update project calendars, report on progress, ensure adherence to deadlines
o Risk management - identify and mitigate risks
o Reporting, communication & documentation - manage and update budget documents, provide reporting on progress and budget, contribute to steering committee presentations and overview of results, file and organize all project documents
• Collaborate & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
o Close collaboration over the course of the project life cycle with the business, IS&T and vendors/contractors with the objective of meeting business needs while assuring coherence and best practices from a technological point of view
o Collaboration with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage, prioritize, communicate and ensure global coherence of the backlog - collect needs and transform them into application and operational requirements
o Ensure accurate formalization of functional needs and technical specifications by solution integrators/contractors
o Work with IS&T colleagues and vendors to ensure integration and coordination with 3rd party applications and their corresponding Product Owners and vendors
o Track and manage the progress and closure of tickets and bugs during development, evolutions and corrections – quality (completeness), response time
o Collaborate with the Product Owners to define test scenarios and to organize user testing
o Coordinate with IS&T support, training & transition teams to ensure a smooth shift from project to post-go-live and to ensure tool adoption – oversee quality of documentation, ensure creation of training materials and support, update the application documentation/mapping, support user onboarding
• Participate in selection & management of vendors
o Participate and assist in end-to-end vendor selection process - market research, business case building, studies & analyses, evaluation & benchmarking, RFI/RFP
o Proactively review, analyze and challenge vendor propositions and estimations while ensuring match with business needs, compliance with technological parameters and best practices, as well as scope, time and budget

Must have
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in driving and managing technology projects for marketing & communications, notably website & mobile app development and email campaign management
• Knowledge and understanding of the following:
o Drupal &/or WordPress
o Google Analytics – analysis & reporting
o NP6 or other email campaign solution
o API integration
o Active Directory
• Relationship and client-oriented with excellent listening and communication skills. Able to engage both business and IT teams. Excellent presentation skills (incl. PowerPoint)
• Proven project management skills with a strong sense of rigour and precision to drive projects forward, on time and budget and within scope
• Understanding of IT terminology, tools, processes and a solid experience in agile methodology
• Autonomous and proactive, hands-on / test-and-learn mentality, entrepreneurial and innovation-oriented
• Bilingual - a fluent level of English and French is required – written & oral

Valuable to have
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulation
• Website development skills (LAMP project)
• Hosting and security experience
• Experience with implementation and use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio
• Experience in CPG industry (ideally beverages) or luxury industry is a plus
