JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your Missions:
• Design solutions and specifications based on our clients' needs and UX4MATION’s expertise.
• Lead workshops to build a shared and detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented.
• Configure and integrate the ServiceNow solution while developing new applications.
• Support change management for our clients and users (communication, training, tailored support, IT, and business transformation).
• Participate in pre-sales activities alongside our ServiceNow platform specialists.
Your Technical Skills:
• Proven ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience at client
- Graduate of a top engineering or business school, passionate about new technologies, especially ServiceNow, and their impact on IT and business operations.
• Proficient in various programming languages (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Web Services, etc.).
• Dynamic and team-oriented, eager to contribute to large-scale projects within a leading company with international growth ambitions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Adaptable and curious, excited to work in a team environment to share expertise and enthusiasm for new technologies.
• Willing to travel within France and internationally—so you must be fluent in English! 🌍
