Business Analyst
Nous recherchons un profil très solide fonctionnellement sur l’EPC oil & gas, avec une lecture bout-en-bout du cycle projet :
Expérience significative (au moins 5–7 ans) dans :
- Projets EPC oil & gas ou grands projets industriels (offshore, onshore, subsea, raffinage, etc.)
- Cycle de vie projet : from tender / FEED / engineering jusqu’à construction, commissioning et handover.
Bonne compréhension des domaines clés :
- Engineering : WBS, CTRs, change management, deliverables, interfaces avec les outils d’ingénierie.
- Procurement & Supply Chain : RFQ, PO, expediting, logistics, inspection, vendor documentation.
- Construction : planning, work packages, progress measurement, site management.
- Project Controls / Cost Control : budget, forecast, commitment, incurred, earned value, variation orders, change orders.
- Compliance & HSE : reporting, audits, contraintes légales/contractuelles typiques oil & gas.
Idéalement, la personne a déjà travaillé dans une société EPC (ou en mission longue chez un EPC).
Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst, you will map and analyze L1/L2/L3 business processes and support the fit/gap assessment withS Apps10 andS Cloud solution. You will analyze business process documentation and build EPC process map and architecture view. You will supportS architects in the evaluation of the functional coverage of each L1/L2/L3 process in Apps10 andS cloud and identify areas of strong coverage, partial fit or misalignment . You will play a pivotal role in process analysis and ensuring alignment throughout the assessment phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and analyze current EPC business processes and pain points
• Engage EPC business stakeholders to validate findings and gather operational insights
• Provide high-level EPC requirements & EPC process details toS solution architect in order to support fit/gap analysis between Apps10 Integra andS Cloud
• Document expected benefits, value drivers, and stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate workshops and business signoffs at key project milestones
• Support consolidation of findings into structured recommendations
• Support in identification of key processes for demonstration inS
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) workflows in the oil & gas industry, including project lifecycle, cost control, and compliance requirements.
• Process mapping & optimization expertise: Ability to analyze current EPC processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Good functional knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle,S) for EPC-related modules such as procurement, project accounting, and materials management.
• Experience in business process mapping and analysis (EPC or similar environments preferred)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS Apps10,S Cloud a plus)
• Analytical mindset and excellent documentation skills
• Fluent in English French is a plus"
