Contexte

Piloter la mise en oeuvre de solutions techniques permettant la reconstruction des
postes bureautiques du parc CA-GIP suite à une attaque de type ransomware ou
rançongiciel
Solution de reprise immédiate pour les fonctions critiques de l’entreprise dite
palliative : VDI Citrix
Solution dite correctrice : masterisation de postes bureautiques Windows 10 via
les points de distribution SCCM.
Activités

Piloter la mise en place de la solution VDI Citrix
Piloter la mise en place d’un plan de masterisation des postes
bureautiques à travers une zone bureautique.
Rédiger, éprouver les procédures de déclenchement et gestion de crise
lors d’un sinistre
Proposer une stratégie de résilience (test) des solutions techniques: plan
de test, méthodologie de test
Organiser les tests techniques des solutions de résilience et suivre les
plans d’actions en sortie de test

PRODUCT OWNER

To launch MOVE 2 CLOUD with Azure initiative as a Product Owner
To launch on premise cloud with VMware technologies initiative as a Product Owner
Internal Non-regulatory Hosting Zone Product Owner.
My activities as a Product Owner:
 To build squad : to identify technical resources needed for the squad & to execute the recruitment process
 To manage request for proposal for suppliers & elaborate technical requirements with squad
 To Collaborate with prospective users and clients in order to understand their needs and translate them into
product requirements
 Define the vision for the team’s product
 Create a product road map based on this vision & the company strategy
 Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements
 To Develop user stories with the squad
 To work with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
 To Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
 Supporting the vision and strategy for the non-regulatory hosting zones & Manage the budget and forecast.

PROJECT MANAGER

My activities as a project manager :
 To perform tasks central to project progress including scheduling, budgeting, accounting and resource
management.
 To define forecasted, scheduled and monitored project timelines.
 To lead the supplier's & entities relationship
 To organize and lead team meeting plus weekly & monthly reporting to program management
Projects Context :
3 projects of a Windows 10 rollout program :
• SCCM rollout,
• PKI authentication certificate rollout solution,
• VPN solution for user's mobility.
Project's average budget of 1.5 million euro. Transversal team with 3 to 5 ressources
4 Security Restricted IT system projects for Thales entities.
Project's average budget of 1 million euro. Transversal team with 4 to 6 resources
Lead the study (investigate) for 2 datacenters closure with Thales Services Numeric.
Project's average budget of 450 000 euro. With a 6 resources integrated team with outsourcing

RELEASE MANAGER

To Manage schedule and implementation of product updates and new releases.
Ensure the communication & the readiness of the technical prerequisites with infrastructures and developers
teams members.
To Carry out the reporting and lift the alerts of production launch

RELEASE MANAGER

To Manage schedule and implementation of Citrix XenApp VDI solution for end-users, project reporting, risks
management & alerts.
With a team of 3 analysts, to prepare & execute :
- deployment process for technical team members
- incident management
- change management for end-user
